The extracting device for determination of carbon dioxide content in beverages type MM

The extracting device is a device for manometric determination of carbon dioxide content in beverages. By means of a cap nut, the device is put on the tested bottle and tightened to the front sealing of the extracting device. Then the bottle’s cap is punctured by a movable needle. Extraction of the bottle and reading of the measured pressure on the manometer then follows. After the device is removed from the bottle, the drink’s temperature is measured. Finally, we will look up CO2 content in the given drink in enclosed tables. The device is made from stainless steel.
