About Us

Since year 2000 Zanate company has been dealing with production and business in the area of food-processing industry, especially beverage industry. We specialize in production of arrangements for preparation of water before beverage production, arrangements for preparation of syrups, production and filling lines carbonated and undisturbed beverages e.g. beer, wine, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink, juice etc. Range of achievements is from small and middle lines till lines of high achievements.

Units with achievement to the 500 bottles/hour we produce complete. Our customers are also small manufacturers of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink, wine merchants and holders of restaurant breweries.

These units with small achievement (mostly) consist of semiautomatic or hand-operated machine.

Lines with achievement above 2000 pieces of 1,5l PET per hour there is our specialization in machines like carbonated beverage making machine MIX, syrup machine, mixing of syrups and next technologies. In these types of machines we have biggest experience.

We are also able to add cleaning stations, various types of tanks and bottle conveyers.

We can tell, that the 50% of our production is exported abroad. We would like to sell our machines also in your country so we can discuss about type of cooperation between our companies.

Quarantee period is 12 or 24 months according to circumstances whole order. Delivery times move around 12 weeks at small and middle lines and at big machines 3 as far as 5 months.

Prices are mainly established on the basis of concrete offers, which are worked out on the basis of single customers needs. In case of bigger orders we offer possibility to elaborate the project of whole line in itself. All prices of the machines are EXW Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.
